Insurance

Our office participates in a number of insurance plans. If your insurance covers

orthodontic treatment, this will reduce your out-of-pocket costs. Our courteous staff will review,

verify, and inform you of your orthodontic benefits. Additionally, we will submit claims on your

behalf once treatment has started. It is your responsibility to inform us of any change in insurance

coverage. If benefits terminate or change, the financially responsible party will be held accountable

for any charges not covered by insurance.
